Booking policy

All bookings must be made with our receptionist at least 24 hours prior on 52571440 or info@kairali.mu. Confirmation will be subject to availability for the requested date/time.
 

Vouchers are valid for six months from date of purchase and can only be redeemed for treatments.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

Up to 24hrs prior to booking: appointment can be rescheduled within 6 months’ as from date of purchase of the voucher.
 
Less than 24hrs prior to booking: No refund will be made and voucher will not be valid.
 
Late check-in will result in reduction of treatment time and the voucher will be redeemed fully. 
 

Spa etiquettes

Check in: We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment/s in order to record all your details and fill in our consultation form.

Please fill in any health or allergy issue on the consultation form since Kairali Spa will not be liable to any medical problem incurred during/after the treatment.

Kairali Spa will not be held responsible for any theft, damage, loss or misfortune that may occur.

Refund Policy

No refund will be made once a voucher has been purchased.

We accept Credit Cards as mode of payment. All payments are secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

shop.kairali.mu processes payment through MIPS MyPay who does not store card details. MIPS My Pay is a PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant payment ecosystem.

When you choose an online payment option, your card information is securely processed through the payment gateway.

Rest assured that your card is safely encrypted as it travels over the Internet.

Important: It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify, under 48 hours, that payment corresponds to what should have been paid and that payment has well been done. No reclamation can be made to MIPS after 48 hours.
